"Member's Favorites" Exhibit Submission Deadline March 7th

There are only four days to email your pictures for the "Member's Favorites" Exhibition at the Annapolis Senior Center. The submission deadline is Saturday, March 7th. So......no more procrastination!

It's important that the email include all the necessary information:

• Submit one or two jpeg images sized to 1024 pixels on the longest side
  - In the filename have your Name, Title and the number 1 for your favorite, number 2 for your second choice
  - We expect to be able to exhibit every one's first choice
• In the email provide the following information for each picture (This will be used to make up tags for each picture):
  - Last Name
  - First Name
  - Title (Name of the Picture)
  - Price
  - Telephone Number
  - Email Address
• Email your submission to exhibitions@digitalphotoclub.us
• Don't stop here....read on. There is more to do
• Download the Release Form by clicking here - Release Form
• Print, fill out and sign
• Fill out a check to the Digital Photography Club of Annapolis for the entry fee of $10
• Mail both the Release Form and Check by March 7th at the latest to:

We hope as many members as possible will participate in this show. If we don't get enough pictures submitted some members will be able to also hang their second choice room permitting. We will let you know. Late submissions will miss the opportunity. Please make sure that all submission steps are completed so the exhibition committee can do a good job for you.

Annapolis Senior Center Member Exhibition Details

Here is a summery of all the critical information for this exhibit:

• Theme - "Member Favorites"
• Location - Annapolis Senior Center
• Address - 119 South Villa Ave. Annapolis, MD
• Exhibition Dates - April 1 - April 30, 2009
• Reception - April 2 from 2-4pm
• Maximum Photograph size - 250 square inches. This is the approximate size of a 13"x19" or 16"x16" picture. Any appropriate matting and framing can be added to the photograph size limit. Pictures of any smaller size are acceptable.
• Submission Instructions- Email one or two jpeg images sized to 1042 pixels on the longest side to exhibitions@digitalphotoclub.us
  - Provide in the email - Photographers Last Name, First Name, Name of Photograph, Price, Telephone Number and Email Address (so we can make up labels)
  - Email submission Deadline - March 7, 2009- Sign and mail Release form - Download form by clicking Here
  - Entry fee - $10 - Mail Release and Check by March 7th to:

• Email Notifications of Acceptance - March 14th - The goal is one picture for everyone, some may have two based on earliest submission date if there is room.
• Drop Off Date - March 30th from 10am-noon - Ready to hang including wire. Put a label on the back with all your information.
• Pick Up Date - April 30th from 10am-noon
